I trust all is well is California. I wanted to send a quick note of thanks and let you know some of the service experience I have gotten form the support team.
A couple weeks back there was an issue with some files on one of my client's sites - mPOWR.org. The site was redirecting to another site as if it had been hijacked. I realized it was just a corruption in the database powering the site and sent a note asking for the files to be resorted to an earlier backup. The support team jumped on it and with a few backups done, the site was back up and running correctly. Millennium Systems has am a amazing team. This the core reason I am always happy to bring as many of my design clients over as I possibly can.
Thanks again for all you have done over the years and hope to be in touch soon with some new clients to bring your way.

I just wanted to let you know about the excellent support that Eric and the rest of the support team just gave me.
I killed a folder and wiped out it's permissions in the process, but they fixed it really fast for me.

Thank you, for the help on this. I had second thoughts when I first signed up with Next Mill, because I had not worked with you before. You had come highly recommended from Teddi @ vanishingclouds. I am so very glad that I did make the switch. The service has been just outstanding and does not compare to any of the others that I have used.

Lets see, where to start! The staff at Millennium just did an amazing job of providing me a Virtual dedicated server to house my websites. First they custom created a solution for me which actually ended up costing MUCH less than I had originally planned, then they spent nearly two weeks with me daily walking me through setting up a virtual server and transferring all of my websites. The process went smoothly with NO downtime on any website due to the highly skilled and experienced team at Millennium. There is not a better hosting team out there, period. Thanks Millennium!

I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how incredibly pleased I was with the response to a ticket I filed this weekend regarding setting up WordPress on my site. Even though I sent the original ticket on a weekend, I got an almost instantaneous response. We corresponded back and forth several times, and the entire time both Brian and Gary really went above and beyond to help me get set up, including facilitating the transfer of my site to a newer server. I was apprehensive about setting up WordPress at first, but your tech support made it so much easier. They even helped point out errors in my PHP code that I had created myself. I could not have asked for more.

Thanks to you and the staff at Millennium for all the hard work the past few weeks. The migration of the 911weather applications on to the dedicated server has gone smoother than I could have imagined. Any concern about the transition was quickly alleviated by the personal attention and excellent problem solving abilities of the Millennium staff.
