Available to active clients or registered web designers of Millennium Systems, Inc. during the entire contest period.

You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your state of residence). Employees of Sponsor (as defined below) and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, consultants, advertising and promotion agencies, marketing and sales agents, attorneys, and each of their immediate family members (including parent, sibling, child and spouse), regardless of where they live, and persons who reside in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible. Only individual persons are eligible to enter. Void in wherever restricted or prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Employees of Millennium Systems and their family members are not eligible for entry.

A contest entry will be awarded to any current client or registered web designer of Millennium Systems who refers a new paying client during the contest period. The client needs to sign up for one of the following services: web hosting / collocation / dedicated server / data backup service. The new client and the current client must remain active until the day of the drawing.

In order to be credited with a referral, the individual’s full name must be entered in the new account sign-up sheet at the time of new account sign-up.

Only referrals for new accounts signed up during the contest “beginning & end period” will be eligible for entry.

The drawing will have a maximum of 500 entries. Each new account referral will count as a single entry to the drawing. There is no limit to the number of entries a client may receive within the 500 entry limit.

The $5,000 giveaway will require a minimum of 250 entries with a maximum entries allowed of 500. In the event that 250 entries are not met within a 12 month time frame, a cash value less than $5,000 will be awarded. The cash value will be rewarded based on the number of entries multiplied by a factor of twenty.

Prizes and prize distribution are subject to all applicable laws. Winners shall be solely responsible and liable for the reporting of, and payment of, all federal, state, and/or local taxes incurred as a result of any prize won. Winners must supply their valid taxpayer ID or Social Security numbers when redeeming their prizes. Prizes cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prizes may not be transferred, refunded, substituted or sold or otherwise transferred for consideration. Sponsor may substitute prizes of equal or greater value due to prize availability. In the event a Finalist is unable to accept a prize or is ineligible for any reason, another Finalist will be randomly selected following the procedures outlined above. In the event the Grand Prize Winner is unable to accept a prize for any reason, another Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from the remaining pool of Finalists.

Millennium Systems reserves the right to cancel any of its giveaways at any time for any reason, without notice or restrictions.

Sponsor is not responsible for any computer or human error that compromises the administration or proper play of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Contest if the integrity of the Contest is compromised in any way, and in the case of cancellation, select winners from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such cancellation.
